# The most valuable land in the world is the graveyard. In the graveyard are buried all of the unwritten novels, never-launched businesses, unreconciled relationships, and all of the other things that people thought, ‘I’ll get around to that tomorrow.’ One day, however, their tomorrows ran out.”

# I want to know that if I lay my head down tonight and don’t wake up tomorrow, I have emptied myself of whatever creativity is lingering inside, with minimal
regrets about how I spent my focus, time, and energy.

# There is an overemphasis on celebrity and recognition in our culture, and it will eventually be the death of us. Cultivating a love of the process is the key to making
a lasting contribution.

# The love of comfort is often the enemy of greatness.

# Greatness emerges when you consistently choose to do what’s right, even when it’s uncomfortable.

# Daily tasks that take u closer to your goal are key to success !!

# Globally, only one in four people reported that they feel they are living up to their creative potential.

1- must set a metric for success, define and deadline it
2-  problem finding is as important as problem solving
3- never stop driving hard out of comfort
4- dont self delude, get honest opinions of people you dont know
5- be always learning and open to correction
6- do something each time period that you fear. For many this maybe as simple as public speaking

# people sell their soul running away from battles should be fighting
#  Dont “follow your passion” instead “ design your purpose to achieve the meaning” dont focus on what can you get but what can you add
# “Passion” has its roots in the Latin word pati, which means “to suffer or endure.” Therefore, at the root of passion is suffering. Sacred Suffering

ASK:
i- where do I feel the most constraint?
ii- feel out of control?
iii- what do I not understand?
iv- Set an alarm to go off at a point in time in the day for u to ask “Am I doing what I should be to get towards my purpose?” ( or similar)
